Trying to contact Eurocharged!
Hi all,
does anybody knows if Jake or Jerry are still part of Eurocharged?
I bought 181 pulley + Stage 2 tune (to apply remotely) some months ago and -after some problems and delays- I still need to do the tune.
I was trying to contact them by pm and email almost for a month and no luck... should I be worried? Any bad experience?
Tks!

In any case, I don't see why it should be any problem to contact them by email... it worked fine when initially I asked information, I placed order and doing payment!

I think I will give up on applying tune and install pulley and I'll ask my money back. I'm worried about if some problem happens I will have my car broken for long time until they come back with a solution!

Here's a a similar thread on the Crossfire forum. In post #7 Jake from EC clears up the confusion. I imagine this answer would stand here too. http://www.crossfireforum.org/forum/...-business.html

If you still did not get a call back, then it would be "too long time". I was in contact with Jerry on 6/4, so I know that he is around. Try this email: jerry@eurocharged.com. This always works for me. I also hear that Gary and Tony (the tuner) are no longer with Eurocharged. Good luck with your mods. I have a 181 pulley and the EC tune and absolutely love it.

that sucks why did they leave? He is probably running the show by himself and doesn't have the help to do anything but what's in front of him.

Let me relate what have happened since the beginning:
- 30th/Sep/2009 I pay for 178mm pulley + Tune + Johnson pump + Magnecor Wires
- 12th/Dec/2009 I receive cargo -2 months and a have later- but I receivd the wrong pulley, I receive a 185mm instead of ordered 178mm
- Several emails sent informing situation
- 02nd/Mar/2010 Finally I received answer from Jake and apologizing for all that had hapened. He inform that 178mm pulley will delay, but he have 181mm one ready to ship. I choose to go with 181mm one
- 25th/Mar/2010 I receive new 181mm pulley
- 27th/Mar/2010 I ship back to EC 185mm pulley
- 21st/May/2010 I sent email to Jake wanting to know if they had received the 181mm pulley and also asking information on install pulley + apply tune (the only answer was made by pm here informing that they already received the pulley)
- 27th/May/2010 Sent email to Jake and Jerry again
- 15th/Jun/2010 Sent email Jake, Jerry, Toni and "Sales" again
- Several pm's also sent here and no useful information returned
- This post
- Now, almost NINE MONTHS later I have not my car tuned!
I can understand that sometimes things go wrong (delay in first shipment and receive wrong pulley), but all this situation goes beyond any logical limits.
I hate doing this, put a public claim here where I know EC is well known, but honestly I had not other choice. It's a weird weird situation.
Now I'm not any more confident with EC handling to apply the tune (I'm worried that if something wrong happens with tune I will have my car out of service for months), so:
I ask here to EC (Jake) to return back the money of PULLEY + TUNE and I will ship the pully back to EC as soon as I got money in my account.
I will update this post when all was settled.
PD: Sorry for long post.
