Fuel pump replacement
I've read through some other threads and I'm not sure if this has been brought up, but although the pumps are internal there are access pannels under the back seat. Possibly to remove the pumps without bringing down the whole gas tank. I'll let y'all know for sure tomorrow.
Just wanted to bring this up for the people that have yet to replace a bad pump and pay some outrageous amount to replace it. I'm looking to spend about $700 for both pumps if they're both bad and of course I'll be doing the labor myself.
I'll keep y'all updated on the progress.

I think those pics that you have are actually making referance to where the E-brake is serviced. The wires to the fuel pumps are inside of the tank. You wouldn't be able to see anything that was burnt until you opened up the service ports on the gas tank. Thats strange that you would get burt marks on that pannel. You might have had another problem or you might have just got something caught under your car.

, and the wires are fried! I work at a shop so I'm gonna check the pumps tomorrow since I don't have all my tools at home.
