Anyone looking for a Code3 Pulley?

I was looking at that a couple days ago when it posted. I sent him a message with a few questions...didn't realize one of them should have been "Is it really a C3 Pulley?"

It was a picture of a stocker, he told me the auction was for a legit Code 3 but the auction ended early. I was going to jump on it but haven't got a reply since my last PM to the seller.
