Question Wheel fitment?

Does anyone know if the stock wheels off of a 2007 C230 Sport will fit my 2004 C32 AMG? This is the style I'm talking about: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/MERCE...#ht_3506wt_939

Thanks for any help!

a car.
They'll fit, may need spacers depending on the offset. There a C230 in my parking garage and it looks to have the AMG brake kit with those wheels, could be a direct fit.

I think Chris is right, but I don't think it will require a spacer. If you look at the 2004+ c230 sport models, they came with a 2 pot big brake set up in the front that look really similar to our breaks, but say mercedes instead. I know some 2004 c's came with actual 4 pot breaks like ours up front. So that wheel should fit, but I'm not 100% sure.

I know this is a newb question but I really don't know much about wheel fitment. I am hoping that I can get a straight answer here and trust me, I have been searching for an answer:

How can I tell what size rim will fit the C55's big brake kit? I am looking on ebay for a cheap set of used MB rims or replicas to throw winter tires on and I am having difficulty figuring out what to choose.

I assume anything in between 7.5" and 8.5" rim width will be okay?

17" or 18" diameter will be okay?

And what offset can I use? I am not looking to try a new look but rather just need something utilitarian that will fit over our brakes and will serve as a solid winter time wheel.

I really appreciate any input!

I am no expert and surely someone who is will chime in here shortly..

I think the wheels will fit your car without any spacers, but maybe u will need some.
highly doubt it tho as the 2007 sport model came with the bigger brakes (i dont know if their bigger than the c32 tho)

regardless their going to fit the question is will u need the spacers...

97W202 thanks for the quick response. I should have clarified in my post above, I really don't want to use spacers at all. I just want a bolt-on replacement for when I need to throw on the snows.

Yes this would be all around. This is for winter tires - didn't clarify. Would probably use these for two months out of the year.

Would the fronts rub?

if your rim is 17inch with 7.5 width then u should run 225/45 tires..

if they are 18's with 8.5 width then u shud run 245/35 and u wont have any issues rubbin
