2006 C55
New C55 owner
Hi all,
I picked up a 2006 C55 a few weeks back and wanted to introduce myself to the group. This is my second Mercedes, I had an '05 C230 for a few years before which, in a momentary lapse of reason, I traded in on a '03 Boxster S. Given that I had two kids under 4 at the time, while extremely fun, this turned out to be less than practical. So, goodbye Porsche, hello Mercedes...again.
No burning questions yet, but I found lots of good advice and help on similar Porsche forums, so here I am. I attached a couple pics of the car. Anyone know how many C55's were made in '06? Just curious. Also looking for a good indy in North San Diego area.

Yes I believe that's either US or North America. I don't think they publish the worldwide numbers.

Welcome, you chose a great car. Yours looks fantastic as well! There are many expensive mods for this car and only a few inexpensive ones. In my opinion, almost all of the mods discussed in detail here are well worth it.

Yes, I was a PadresFan prior to this season, and yes, I'm still a fan even after the last 7 games.
