Service Maintenance "B"
Being charged $320 for this, apparently its just for the oil change and cabin filters.
Is this expensive? They wont reset the dash "alarm" without doing the full service. My car just hit 36K miles.

Which dealer are you using? RBM? From what I've read on here that acutally isn't that bad for the service. List price for the parts is: oil filter - $15, oil - $7.99x9, cabin filter - $51 = $137.91. Basically, yes it is pretty much an oil change and a bunch of checks and top-offs. If you search around on here you can find the procedure to reset the service indicator yourself if you only want to pay for an oil change.

Cabin filter is only $12 bucks. http://www.autohausaz.com/search/pro...=%202038300118
It is also mostly checks (which are somewhat important, but the question is do they even do them) since they get all their stuff dirt cheap. It's more the fact that you're doing this at a dealer (and a Mercedes one at that).
If you're handy, just search the forums here and DIY. I do find it funny that they won't reset your alarm haha.

On the dash display, is it possible to have a service A and B countdown active at the same time? Mine says service B at 6600 miles. Is that when my next oil change is?

and yes, you have 6,600 miles until service B is due (in other words: 4,400 miles since service A was done on your car)

To reset the service light, you put the key in position 2 I think and then scroll through the screens to the service screen. Press and hold the mileage reset knob on the speedo and it should reset.

You're right there in Cumming, huh? That's where Rich Koerner has his shop now - Benz Werks. He's the only person I trust my car with. I picked mine up with about 40k miles and I'm at 97k now and he's done all the service. Really a great guy and his prices are fair.
He used to be Roswell based which was a little more convenient for me since I'm in Stone Mountain. Moved to cumming about a year ago I think so it's a bit more of a trek now. I still go to him though. :-P

Can you share what the $290 consisted of?
Btw, is B price different depending V6, V8, or V12?
