Has anyone had trouble with the valve on the FB leaking?

Why do you ask? No, and anyone would be me I guess since I'm the only one to have used this H/E so far. In fact the valve took a huge hit when I overlooked a large pot hole in a parking lot. Tore off one of the tabs, and hit the valve hard. No issues... I've had several people ask me if the 3.5" should fit. YES, I believe it will fit with the correct mounting. Slight trimming of the bumper, and underbody panel will probably be required.

I actually went ahead and finished up the install of my own F/B. I was getting a few drops of coolant for the first day or two every now and again, however, I've been running it for a few months now with no signs of leakage. I suppose it just worried me at first, no big deal now though. Thanks!

The valve is completely shut when the push bar is level horizontal. I believe from the factory mine came set a little up, and would have leaked as well without adjusting. By the way, which one did you go with? The 2" or 3.5"? Also, did you notice the difference? Know I did...

Good to hear! What size did you go with the 2", or 3.5"? Give some details as to your install method and any modifications required.

The install was pretty straight forward. Just had to take the front bumper off. I went with the 2" and I really have noticed a difference!

Oh yeah! But I am very happy with it. It's 80 degrees here in Florida and it's still pulling like a 60 degree day!
