Boom Boom Pow...
I need a little help and tried doing a search with not allot of luck. Here is the story, after leaving work yesterday I decided to get on my c32. It was from a dig at a stop sign in the country. First gear spun like usual hit second gear and boom boom pow. The 32 went into limp mode ad wanted to die. I pulled over shut down and reset the ecu and started back up. Check engine light was on and now the car idled fine. When I got into it at all at higher rpm's the motor sounds totally different. The "butt" dyno says loss of power. I went to my buddies shop to check the codes. They said cyl 1,2,3 misfire. We cleared the codes and I took the car for a spin again. Sounds different still with loss of power but no codes are being thrown. What could be the issue? Is there a chance it could have jumped time? The car is a 02 c32 with 116,000 bone stock besides of res delete. Please help!

All, two quick questions
anyone know the numbering sequence of our pistons is it something like (back to fron)
1 2 (back of bay)
3 4
5 6 (front of bay)...I don't know at all, but who does??
Also, do our cars have coil packs...at work so can't research but trying to help this guy out on ideas...
higher chance of broken cat in this case is more likely
timing chain failing is also unlikely because the timing chains are internal if it does fail the cam stops, valve stops, and then kaboom...you get the idea lol
coil packs, wire and plugs failing at the same time is also unlikely. however it could be wire was cut like what happened to temjin.
that's pretty much it for what can cause his misfire that i can think of.
I appreciate all the help.. I am almost 100% positive its the cat... I live in Michigan so I don't have any emission laws. Have any of you guys used a 02 simulator and delete the cat?
