No there is a huge thread how he took the 16v 190e LSD internals and put them inside a 300ce pumpkin. Only problem is, finding those older parts to source. Worked great for him until he SCed it and chewed it up.

NOOOOO.... hahah He had it NA when he did the LSD mod. Then once he SCed it and ran 11's, he chewed it up... He ran a 12.8 NA with an LSD and 3" exhaust.

For a guy thats been around awhile, searching wouldnt hurt. He chewed his LSD mod by SCing the 5.4 and it couldnt hang with it. The 12.8 on an NA 5.4 with LSD and 3" exhaust is the real deal. The 11's was a guess back to what he has started (read it months ago) could have been off a few give or take. Thats not the point anyway.

IN the thread, that's a 55 motor with a Kleemann Autorotor which is no longer produced........

I do not believe there are any factory C55's in the USA, but I could be wrong. There may be 1 or 2 converted examples, but I doubt it.

I like the C32 alot. Its a nice tuner car. I dont know why Austin, if he did, felt the nd to justify purchasing it over a C32. Guess just preference. If Ihad the $ at the time I perhaps would have gone C32. I feel I did the next best thing though.Originally Posted by ddtham

But to drop one of these 5.4l motors in these cars(W202 C43) just transforms these cars into animals. Especially on the topend as I have shown to M5's,modded SRT8's, ISF's and the like.

I had the money to buy an 06 C55 if I wanted it, I just love the old school looks and style. I don't know why that is so weird. Ive stated time and time again the C32 is a great car. It just wasn't for me, not because I couldn't afford it.. We are talking about a matter of 6k more than a C43 plus or minus, not really a wallet breaker. I bought the car I own because I love it and I can't wait to see the looks on peoples faces in a year(5.4 drop in) when an IS-F, E9x M3, M1, you name it, try and pull away from me on the highway. Sleepers are fun to me. These are all just MY options. Anything else I say about to the C32 and m just poking fun at you guys. Don't take it to heart.
