Yeah,they are log style shorty headers and they are a direct swap. Plug and play.

I believe it shows on the file you can download, but I know if you're putting them on initially w/o any other mods, you get 12-14 hp and similar torque. With the basics, chip/pulley/intake, you get about 25 hp and around 28 torque. Makes a nice difference on the mid-low range especially.

They're a real nice set. Like I said, I have a set on mine and couldn't be happier.
