Ghostrider P1 Performance camber kit installed..

Ghostrider P1 Performance camber kit installed..

I installed Ghostrider's rear camber kit this morning, easy to install, easy to adjust and great quality. I left them the same length as the stock arms as I will be installing the #4 pads in the rear, then adjusting to the most possible positive camber I can acquire without any rubbing. I have read in multiple threads that the c32's came with the rear #2 pads out of the factory. I initially intended to install the #3 pads but found out today that my car already has the #3 pads installed therefore going with #4. Will continue to update with pictures.

Different thicknesses of springs pads used in the rear to adjust the ride height. Basically, these pads are used in many different mercedes models and can be used to rake or level out a car when using different springs.

How much camber were/are you running?

Mine achieves relatively even wear across the tires’ treads with ~ -1.4° and 0° 40'(±05') total toe. :nix:

Haven't taken it in for a wheel alignment yet. I plan on installing the #4 pads first then to the alignment rack. Im having inner tire wear in the rear, in a matter of 2 years the insides of the tires have gone bald.

IIRC you’ve RENNtech springs. Its aft end shouldn’t be too low.

Not going to second-guess a competent alignment technician, although he ought be aware our C’s rear suspension bushings deflect toward toe-out during
brake and -counterintuitively- acceleration loading, irrespective of static ride height.

Two years from your rear tires? Mustn’t be a daily driver.

Fitting fresh Michelin PS2s fore and aft mañana. Another ~$1000 frittered away.

Excellent performance - and they’re consumed evenly.

A well $1,ooo spent in my book.. I am currently running on Nitto NT555's which I am happy with but I was contemplating on Michelin PS2's which are on my stock 17's. Do you track your car..?

Yes. Our local Michelin dealer recommended fitting their new Pilot Super Sport.
Ostensibly conceived as the next generation PS2, they’re noticeably more responsive. :)
