Basic premise is don't do it, it will end up costing waaaaaay more than just buying a Kleeman Kit. Too much customization is needed.

Best way imo is to just get a car that already has a SC (E55 / SL55).

My next project for 2012 I like but like it was said very expensive indeed.
However, they will make a discount since they will keep the C55 engine and install the entire E55k engine.

Hey anybody have a schematic for the factory 55k aftercooler or anysize and flow specs? Combing the web barely turns up pictures of it on its own let alone any specs.

If a 55k kompressor is installed how do you program it to work?

Not the best to answeer this but as with hooleys the clutch was always on and the ecu has to be reflashed to adjust fuel and timing maps for fuel octane so your investment doesn't go boom! I'm looking to do this as well hopefully pick up a c55 in the next week or two.
