Very nice thanks for the links! Your rims are sweet! How did you managed to lower your car so low?

I was about to sold my C32 but now I use it everyday to commute and it’s a really sweet ride! 120 000 miles but feels like new!

Looks like you ran her hard How many miles did you have before you let her go? Run into any major issues?

I still don't understand what happened in the time between the first race (when car was silver) and the last where at first you walked him and then he started to walk you. Maybe the Blue added too much drag to the car Did he do MORE mods than was told??

Well, the issues that were easily fixed and needed attending to...

Fixed the "broken" amplifier, and replaced burned up air pump / cleared CEL

Still haven't put a proper coil-over kit on it yet though

Don't scare me Newzchspy!

Haha yeah, I gotcha. Will just have to wait for those "unknowns" to rear their ugly head. So far so good though!

Yeah no clue how that happened.

I know both cars had differing mods between all those runs.

I've "ran" a 2011 Camaro SS pretty easily. My guess was that it must of been a damn hot day and the car was probably heat soaked. I can definitely feel the difference in power once the engine is heat soaked... bigger heat exchanger is the next step!

Cooling mods are vital for E55/C32, any FI engine for that matter!!

I believe that car was out west, LV or something. I can imagine heat taking a big role in his loss to the LS-2.

Awesome. Thanks man!

Can I just do the weather strip delete and keep intake stock?? Or is that pointless?

And any chance I can get pointed in the right direction to doing this?

All it will do for a stock intake is let a lil extra heat out of the engine bay....

Yes heat soak had a major issue in the outcome of those runs. Also the vararam intake and ported throttle bottle made a pretty big difference with the LS2

Hey aho, you don't have any info on the tune from LET anymore do you? The PO only gave me the stock pulley, and the stock headlights, didn't have anything else.

What kind of info you looking for? It was just one of their reflashes, more conservative since it was just for the code 3 instead of something more aggressive like the 185

The sound is emanating from the Code 3 SC Intake and it really does whine.

Removal of the weatherstrip will only serve to remove heat ^^^ and make the stock intake whine a lil louder. You have to see if you can find a Code 3 intake around.

Yes, troll the SRT-6 forums, several guys have made their own with some homemade parts and stuff you can get at Autozone.

Thanks. Kind of fear the homemade stuff. But will keep an eye out. Appreciate the help.
