IAT over 100C read by Kiwi but car running ok!

Dear all,

Got my 2002 C32 without mod and bought also a Kiwi Wifi OBD reader. Do the real time gauges monitoring and found that IAT is around 100-110C, ECT around 85C at a highway running. The boost stool come with normal and car performance is still good.

Understand that SC will cut out by ECU if IAT is over 93C but I m not now. just want to know is the problem with the Kiwi detection or what!?

Thanks

Is this the same temperature as the on board computer reads, the temperature right after the mileage?

Are you sure you don't have your C* and F* mixed up?

Confirmed that is degrees C not F), and I read it from real time In. Temp.
There is no fault code, everything is normal, where is the intake temp sensor?

below the throttle body. no need to remove the s/c. remove the y pipe for the intakes. below that is the y pipe for the manis. you can see the iat sensor. squeeze the clips and wiggle it out then remove the plug

That's way to high, I monitor my OBD2 IAT's via Dashdaq and they read ~45 degrees C during cruising. The hottest they get at WOT is ~70ish degrees. There's def something wrong and I'm surprized your S/C hasn't shut off as it's supposed to disengage at 93 degrees C.
