SUPER STRIPPED TENSION PULLEY BOLT

Anyone know the part number for this bolt and where I can find it fast? I just received my S/C pulley from EC but cannot get the bolt off now. Why? Because I stripped it...... Yep i'm way retarded. Also any ideas how i can get the bolt off now? Thanks in advance for any help.

well id spray the bolt with some pb blaster and let it soak in for a few hours to hopefully help you out, and how badly stripped? can you use channel locks on it?

Last night I went after it with the channel locks and it only seemed to make my situation worse. I did call mercedes today and had them order me in the bolt. Service dept. said it would take about a week. I did try some PB blaster on it and now there is play from front to back on the bolt, (weird right?) nothing in the way of tighter or looser though. So in the mean time I grabbed an 8mm socket put some JB weld in it and am going to let the cure for the next 12 hours. I'm just sick about it...... Hopefully that will work......

How much did they charge you for the bolt? I thought you could only get it by replacing the entire supercharger.

Just to be clear it not the super charger bolt, that came off like a dream. Its my belt tension bolt, and I he quoted me 7.48 which is 10x better than what I thought it was going to be.

If you go easy on the nut that holds the pulley onto the tensioner you can use it to release the tension and get the belt off. then remove the whole tensioner from the engine and put it on the bench to work the bolt out.

Ok so finally got something to bite on the ridiculous bolt, and broke whatever death grip it had. Now the Bast$:d spins and spins but does not pull out of the hole. Anyone know what magic this thing knows? I feel like its sword in the stone and I'm obviously not worthy.......
