I think the most dramatic effect towards increased interior sound is the C3P splitter intake modification or similar. Creates an opening right at supercharger facing the cabin of vehicle. Noticed an increase in whine with my custom intake similar to this one. Not as much compared to the custom C3P splitter though. However, outside the vehicle people are going to hear a lot louder whine with any intake modifications similar to this. OEM intake system is designed to reduce noise as much as possible.

I agree with gt4awd on this one. I have the C3 intake and it gives you a pronounced blower whine. I like the noise but I have owned quite a few mustangs in the past with insane blower noise. I however have never liked the idea of drawing in hot air from the engine compartment.
I would like to see what the NS intake offers over the C3 on the dyno. It must offer an additional 5-7hp extra. I commend NS for producing a new product for our cars.

white and whiter
another question
how much cfm does the stock tb pulls under full throttle with 178 or 185 pulley? mainly because if the intake pulls into more air than needed it really isn't going to make any difference.
