Hi! I was wondering if anyone knew of any differences between the hood grills for regular C-Class models and the C32 AMG model. I didn't think they were different but the one I ordered from Fleabay didn't fit even though their compatibility chart said it would. Then there's a few that say they fit the C-Class but not the AMG model.

I thought they were essentially the same. Feedback please! Thanks!

AFAIK there is no difference. a member on here gave me their c32 grille and i put it on my sister's c240 and it fit the same. you're good.

I didn't think there was a difference but I already had to send one back that didn't fit on my car. They're saying they are looking into why it didn't fit. If you look on ebay you'll see some that have a flat piece on top that is different than other ones listed but they all say they're compatible.

This is the version of the one that doesn't fit. That flat mold/plastic piece on the top portion of the grill doesn't align with my hood. I'll post a pic later.

The other ones are missing the top 1/4 of mesh behind the star. At first it looks right but look at the detailed pic. Looks kinda tacky imo. My old one when covered the entire star.

Walked out the casa after my girl got home from work and was stunned to see the grill missing from my car!! Someone either stole it or it somehow fell off when she was driving. Either way I can't believe it.

Anyone know a source or have a grill for sale? I've read another thread and looks like I need to get the one C55 Tech had for sale.

Looking for a 4 fin Silver w/ monochrome with a mesh that covers the ENTIRE back of the star.

Please let me know if anyone knows where I can one. Thanks!

Yeah, either that or C55/CLK Grill. All other c230, c240, C32 (W203 Sedans) grills fit the same.
