Picked up my new C55 today!!
Hello all, I just bought a clean '05 with 43k. I am excited to get to know the forum and embarrass myself

Thanks for the warm welcomes! I am reading on the SOS teleaid issue, which seems to be the only thing wrong with the car- it is so civilized yet so strong when you bury the accelerator! I was a lurker for the last week reading up on the car and I am impressed with the wealth of info here!
I also need to brush up on embedding images, but until then homefully my sig pic comes through fine (ill be out driving

Congrats on a low mileage car and welcome aboard! The C55 is an amazing car! May want to look up the "throttle reset" procedure. Enjoy! She's one of those MB's without the cool but $$$ to repair gizmos and best of all, has that sweet hand-built motor, brakes, suspension, etc, that only AMG can provide!

And I didn't upgrade.. I added to the stable. The neon is way faster and they both have their own purpose. Needless to say I haven't driven the neon in 2 weeks lol.
