Jake, I just looked at the Eurocharged page and it says the 65mm raised the torque to 388. How are these gains calculated? With a 20% drivetrain loss?
Also, what are the power gains with the 61mm? Thanks

I don't know of anyone that is running 185mm Crank Pulley and the 65mm SC pulley. You would be bumping against the boost limit in the ECU. The ideal situation would be 178mm crank pulley stacked with 65mm or 62mm SC pulley, assuming the heat is controlled with cooling mods.

Jake did Lenin and YES, it did bump up against the boost limit of the C32 and also had fuel delivery issues. Your set-up is probably the optimal way to go, although I think that the 181 crank and 61 SC pulley will also bump up against the limits as well. Ask Jake, he's pretty much done it all with them.

Obviously aluminum is lighter. What are the advantages otherwise vs I assume stainless? Will aluminium stand up long term to the wear?
What boost is 61mm going to produce? I'm lazy I cannot be bothered getting corky bell's "supercharged" out of the cupboard to work it out for myself.

My concern with the 61 is NOT overboost issues, BUT proper belt wrapping and slippage issues. I don't know how much its been tested, BUT I believe that Brandon at Code 3 had at one time done a 60 and it was slipping like crazy because of wrap issues.

I know that on the Kleemann, a 5 mm reduction really brought on big boost gains.

I've been running their kit for about 4 years now. I am NOT sure that their PSK will help with belt slippage in this case since the amount of surface area on a 61 is less than the 65. It very well may work, BUT I'd love to see it in operation before biting the bullet on this one. Jake and Jerry have always done nice work and I am hoping that the 61 really pans out for C32 owners (and SRT-6 too). This would be MY solution versus going with a stacked version. I don't like the higher accessory speeds on the stacked units. Bearing life is definitely reduced on the crank pullied units.
