Unfortunately, you need to be willing to do some fab work to fit the items you listed based upon what I have read.
As far as upgrading to better factory options, The SLK and CLK55 performance 6/4 caliper and disc setups will bolt right up as well as the CLK63 6/4 calipers and discs. A brief search should give you the part #s you would need for the conversion. A little shield trimming would be required. Both our factory setups and the potential upgrades are all Brembo from the factory, so I personally see little reason to spend more than springing for an upgraded factory 6/4 setup. Racing Brake sells 2-piece lightweight replacement rotors for all of the factory options mentioned.
If you're dying to go aftermarket, Brembo, Stoptech and Rotora are all solid, albeit more expensive options. I highly doubt the extra expense provides equitably increased performance though.

slk and clk are the only ones and is what I am running on my c55...
Otherwise you will need to go aftermarket (brembo, stoptech, rotora, etc)

There isn't really much reason to go with something other than a factory setup since the factory stuff is all made by Brembo anyway. As Dre said, the SLK/CLK55 setup will bolt right on or the CLK63 (which is the same in the rear but the front is a little larger). The CLK63 Black Series will not work as the suspension is difference for the wider body. There are quite a few topics on this around, so searching should find you all the info about those setups fairly quickly.

Why do people feel the need to upgrade? Ditch the stock pads and go to a better pad.
I run on track with the stock calipers and rotors and with EBC pads and have no issues. With that combo, I get lock up from the ABS.

Because bigger brakes just work better (and they also look better). Especially for track use, they have better bite and less fade. The stock brakes may be "fine," but there is definitely something better.

So do the majority of the people that install the larger brakes track their car? What size tires and compound do you run and what type of pad? My answer would be if you run stock size street tires, larger brakes are strictly for looks as the stock rubber won't be able to utilize any additional bite. With stock pads and extreme performance tires, yes they faded and left deposits in the rotors after the first track sessions and blew off over 1/2 the pad, with track or high performance street pads, no issue with fade and the grip will overwhelm larger tires except maybe R-comps.

I don't buy that logic at all. If that were the case, then why does the CLK63 come with the same size front tires and only one size up in the rear (255 vs. 245) from the C55 if the brakes are too much for the tires to handle? That would make no sense since the front brakes do more of the work. As far as street driving goes, more pad touching more of the rotor still equals better stopping. I noticed an immediate difference after upgrading and see less ABS/ESP intrusion than before with the same size tires.

track pads, racing brake fluid and extreme performance tires

I saw the same immediate difference and quicker response when I upgraded...while you are correct that tires play a large role in stopping, larger brake calipers, rotors, and pads mean faster more even braking even on the same size tires...but yes larger tires would help even more!!!!

Thanks for the info
Its not so much about upgrading or modding for the sake of it, its just my callipers are starting to look a bit tatty and during my last fluid change i snapped a bleed nipple off, so its a toss up if i get the existing callipers overhauled or look for a suitable replacement that may slightly improve braking and visuals (mine has the nasty rusty 2 pot rears) when i saw the nice shiny SL55 & C63 ones for silly money i almost bought them without thinking. i find the stock discs and pads to be sufficient and i only pay £150 for front discs and pads all in from my main dealer so its hard to justify aftermarket anyway.

i use stock c55 rotors on the slk55 6pot fronts to save money...i just had 4 custom washers made to adjust for the size of the rotor and voila, saved over $1000 on rotors...the rears for the slk55 arent that expensive anyway...
