I bought the coupler a year ago at Cory's suggestion but never thought the problem was that simple.
This is probably the only Twin screw Autorotor sc available for a while and will not be found again. It is really that rare and special. Autorotors are more efficient than even the Weistec Whipples but I just needed more displacement. The laminova top mounted intercooler keeps intake temps so cooler that I can rest my hands on it even after 5 consecutive runs at the drag strip,

Somebody just got a smoking deal! I included the larger custom ASP crank pulley (170mm vs.150mm), 3 SC pullies (70mm, 65mm and 60mm), the duel 3" Cold Air intake system with the duel cone filters, extra fuel kit new in box. It will also include the 82mm throttle body, Y-pipe/Elbow, all vacuum, fuel, liquid, electrical lines, etc...All that is really missing is the Heat Exchanger that can be purchased from quite a few vendors here on mbworld.

I will be happy as long as it runs reliably and gets finished soon. Doubt it will make big power but my expectiations have been more realistic now.
They are sealing up the heads and car will go on the dyno for final tuning on Tuesday. At least that's what I am told.

Steve had to fly out of state on an urgent visit to tune another car. Hopefully he can start on my car this week.
At this point, I have lost all excitement and enthusiasm for this project.
I am thinking of selliing the car altogether and just getting a brand new AUDI RS7 or BMW M6.

On yet another Tuner to attempt building your dream c55 How many Tuners & worse, YEARS have you gone thru trying to build this jeez.. Hps/Vadim/Evosport/Jessy D. & now Weistec? Honestly feel bad for all your hard luck on this never ending build, you & Havoc are the only 2 kats I know of who've been worked over so bad/long by multi tuners etc etc..

We can't control what happens to an engine that was built out of our hands. We want to be sure the engine will hold up before putting power through it, and this is to be said with anything we build.
The car was actually running quite well before issues occurred with the valve-train, and we are sure it will run very well when finished. A little more patience and time, and we will make a proper post about this.

I really appreciate your response. It just seemed that I was bumped off the schedule constantly that it made me feel I was the last on your priority list.
I know you guys are the pioneers with this platform so will continue to wait.

The problem is that we are fixing all these tuners problems, and the difference is that we haven't taken payment for any of our parts, only the items that were not part of our installation. Take the money and run is what the other tuners have done to multiple customers.

Don't forget Dynocomp They did a great job and the car ran great. Only problem was when the SC gave out, they should have opened it up to see it only needed a $60 plastic coupler and not a replacement supercharger which was how I ended up contacting Weistec since I did not want a roots type blower.

We ALL didn't know these CRITICAL details, the fact you haven't even taken/recieved payment for your Weistec parts changes everything... Very prof on your part If the customer hasn't even paid yet it's obviously an R&D deal going on here & regular rules don't apply.. I should've known by now... Robert you can't expect the Red Carpet treatment on R&D build.. Jeez I want my time/click back..
Cheers Weistec!

Hey... it seems like a lack of conversation when i´m looking at it from across the sea.
A very good solution to that is to pick up the phone or take a trip.
If it was my car i would be very very eager to follow the progress, actually that eager the speedshop would find me annoying and put the car together quicker *lol*
Here in Sweden we have almost scrapped the softwaretuners, they aren´t competent enough to make a stable function in our cars so we go the piggybackway, and we´ve got a handful of cars running about 800hp with supercharger and no problems whatsoever.
It speeds up the tuningprocess a lot if you express yourself moderate

Mine doesn´t run 800hp
But i´ve got AEM F/IC -8 rev B, even Kleemann owns their own piggy now when they bought Xtra.
The 800hp ones i know of runs the std 7spd gearbox, i dunno if they are uprated, i haven´t asked them.
But i know one E-klass(E63) that run a totaly std gearbox, but he don´t use it on the strip.
LarsK with his CLK63 has run a 10s something on the quartermile, bu that one i dunno the gearbox of,, maybe he has rebuilt it, but if i guess,, i guess he hasn´t.
He has run a 10.xxx since that last clip, but i can´t find a clip of it.
He also have dynoed 799hp.

I have paid them visits but only once every few months as I want to be considerate and not be a nag. Just some gentle nudging...
