the car bounce alot in corners... just sway like a new VW.
the suspension is stiff, but feels like suspension setup lowered with stock shocks and using stock sway bars.
i expected both steering and suspension will be better than my old 98 SL500 with AMG package... but the SL suspension is way stable than the C32, both big or small corners... and the steering is two level higher, way more accurate and reasonable...
is our C32 sway bars too thin?
will changing it into thicker sway bars will illuminate the problem?
both the steering/suspension setup is not what i expected from this amg breed supercar...
haha, but it is faster than my friend's E46 M3... he said it's hard to shift fast.

Most C32 owners are not happy with the size of the stock sway bars as well as the handling of it. So, its not surprising that you have such complaints. Change your stock sways to H&R and choose a set of better suspension (e.g. coilovers) will solve your problem.
thanks harris, is it a "must" to change the sway bars if i use coilover? will there be any problem if i just change the suspension without changing the swaybars?
i know not much into mechnical stuff...
but very apprecaite for your comment... really does move my thinking into the right ways.

Sway bars and suspension serve two different purposes: sway bars reduce bodyroll, suspension improves handling. If you change both, you will have maximum results. If you just change one of the two, the other problem will still be there. But I would say suspension is more important than sway bars. If you go for CO, you might not need to change the sway bars unless you are super fussy like me. Afterall, it depends on your budget. 'Cause a set of sway bars + coilovers will cost you USD2000+.

adjusting sway bar is more for whether u want a car to have more understeer, more oversteer, or something more neutral... i'm sure fine tuning of a coilover is possible to achieve the balance of a car as well such as using the ride height... if it's bouncy u feel....the car probably needs better shocks... stiffer shocks also do reduce some body roll...
first to realize is that ur old SL500 is a much heavier car compare to the C32, and heavier cars tend to be more stable in cornering. Heck my brother's 528i feels more stable in the twisties than my car.

You must have an issue with your car. My girl has a '98 sl500 sport and it is not nearly as tight as my stock '02 c32. That said I was not happy with the stock suspension either, especially above 120. I'm not sure, but you may still be able to get that sweet deal on HR coilovers and swaybars from Evosport...I finally have scheduled the install on monday
