Oh I wouldn't worry about it too much. There's probably already a law that your wheels can't spin any faster than your car. That's typically called "excessive display of power", but maybe that's not the case with your situation. But don't worry, they'll pull you over, use a tazor to kill your Grandmother, later show up at your house after you're in custody and use a SWAT team to kill your dog and burn down your house down while using thirty flash bangs on entry.
