My C55

Well its been right at 6 months of owning my 2005 C55 now... and still loving it! I have almost 89k miles on it.

Here are some of the things I have finished on it, Maintenance and also my to-do list:

Finished:
Ported stock air box assembly
Spare tire assembly taken out
Smoked Side Marker lenses and titanium bulbs (1 week old)
19"x8.5" front with 245's (2mm spacer) (6 weeks old)
19"x 9.5" rear with 275's (5mm spacer)
Professionally Painted front Grill all Black (picked up today)
15% window tint all around

Maintenance:
Cabin filter
oil cap
window washer pump motor
Oil change at MB dealer (yesterday)
CEL came on the way home from dealer.. and they looked at it for free, for the MAF. So I orderd one and will be here Monday, to hopefully fix it

To-Do List soon:
Porting the Throttle body and elbow (next week)
Port intake manifold (when I get an extra car to drive)
Delete Rear Cats
ECU Tune (still doing homework on that, and want to be last mod for a bit)
K&N's
Lithium Battery
Windshield (rock chip first week and cracked within seconds)
Carbon Front lip
Carbon Rear spoiler
Carbon Rear Diffuser
Something to change the look on the aluminum interior parts...

Well I am going to attach a couple of pics

Cool! How did you go about porting the stock airbox? Feel free to take a couple pics when you do the elbow and throttle body!

I will do! I have been porting throttle bodies and heads since 1998. So like most cars I am hoping to get 6-10whp and hoping the elbow is worth another 5. After that I will be trying to find a car to borrow or waiting to buy another daily driver so I can do the intake manifold. I have been looking on line to purchase one and then just swap out the old and have one to basically keep on an exchange basis for other

I will upload some pics of my work last week on a GTR's throttle bodies and some Boost Logics cast intake pipes...

Nice Ride. What kind of rims do you have? And how did u get 275's to fit in the rear? I have 265's P Zero's on 9.5 x 19s, no spacers and had to have fenders rolled due to rubbing.

Euromag #2's are the rims with the black backing.
I purchased them from a vendor on here.. 323 motorsports. I talked to Brian there, and he was a great guy and excellent customer service!

So I installed my new MAF and reset the codes. So I was happy and had a little bit of time left over so I decided to port the elbow between the MAF and Throttle body! It is a huge difference and finally pulls hard to red line! I will take some pictures when I do the Throttle Body and show before and after pics.
