Evosport underdrive pulley sizes on C55?
Trying to put together a makeshift set of other types of pulleys.
Thanks
I wasn't asking for opinions, I was asking for pulley sizes.
UDPs allow an engine to rev faster and this has been proven for decades. Decades. With time slips.

Power Steering @ 5.5840"
Water Pump @ 4.7170"
Alternator @ 2.4825"
Belt is NAPA 25-060945
PS and Alt pulleys were measured for overall diameter of the pulley. If you'd like additional measurements to the ribbed surface of the pulley let me know, looks like install will be next week so I have a few days.

Awesome, thanks for the measurements and pics, the lip looks as deep as the stock lip so should be good.
Hopefully the pulleys get you to 11.999! It would be the first N/A C55 in the 11s as far as I know.
Belt for the underdrive pulley set:
Belt is NAPA 25-060945 which translates to a 6 rib, 94.5inch belt. The belt at Dayco is 5060945
Many other brands call it a 945K6
I put together an underdrive pulley kit and got all of the parts off of eBay! Thanks again for the info on the parts Dustin...
Evosport Pulleys
Power Steering: evo.mpps.3v
Water Pump: evo.mpho.3v
Alt: evo.bpalm5.pw
The water pump pulley looks different than some other Evosport C55 pulleys I have seen but it is the correct same size, bolt pattern and part #.
The Alt pulley is a 7 rib pulley instead of 6 rib (for an M5 but still Bosch alt) and has a built in spacer on the back, everything else is the same. Going to drop it and the stock alternator pulley off at the machine shop in the coming weeks to get the spacer cut down. The extra groove wont hurt anything.
Have a new power steering pump on the way (couldn't get that thing to shut up!) and have had the AMS crank pulley waiting to be installed for some time now.
Sooo, in the coming weeks I will install the lightweight crank pulley and underdrive pulley setup. Cant wait!
The pictures shown are the pulleys I have and the pictures of another members pulley kit along with the same crank pulley.

Sorry Zayed, don't know how I missed your post, looks like Ed answered you though...

Glad I could help Ed, looking forward to hearing how it works out for you!
So I finished the install of the underdrive pulley set and lightweight crank pulley. Mas Powerrrrr! revs faster, shifts smoother, shifts faster, just pulls harder and revs up faster through the entire range. *feels* like a little more vibration due to the lighter crank pulley but who knows...
I am also going to space out the A/C unit in the coming month(s) so that I can use a short belt to bypass the compressor when desired but use a slightly longer belt to use it when needed.
Gonna need to add 265 R compounds to the list of mods.....
