Met a Carlsson C32AMG
Carlsson performance package for C32AMG
As I know, they've done
(1) Boost up + ECU rewrite
(2) the whole exhaust system upgrade(headers,cats...muffler)
It's claimed 400 ps !!
Well, my C32AMG setup
ODPS+ SL55_Y + BMC filters is about that power ~ 400 ps
So, we go for a test run,neck to neck, rolling start at 62 mph
I pull 1/2 CL in the first jump,we're in tie in gear 3
but in 4th gear, my C32AMG walk away from Carlsson, I stop
gassing when hit 179 mph (personal record of C32AMG
)
at that time, the Carlsson C32AMG is a small dot in my rear mirror.
Pull over, the owner is very very upset about the result.
There must be something wrong with that Carlsson C32AMG, hope the agent can help diagnosing it.

I'd like to focus on technical issues. :p
We're studying exhaust system these days, whether or not
to upgrade the key exhaust, "front end"
This Carlsson RS happen to get the whole exhaust upgraded !
In my observation, C32AMG/ODPS is very smooth running 160 to 179 mph, so is the E55AMG, much stronger hi-end power.
the AMG exhaust is proven capable to handle the ODPS (as well as the increased exhaust flow)
one C32AMG member here with the exhaust temp gauge
find the headers do drop the exhaust temp over 50 C !!
where his car is not running faster by headers.
p.s
Kleemann cars decay in higher range of speed by keeping NA exhaust setup.

Over it, the upgrade is needed
(1) W209/CLK55 pipe is 75mm & fit for W203/C32AMG 60mm
(share chassis)
(2) headers & cats, you have a lot of sources in the states.

The grill of W203 has been discussed a few times here
Mine is a group buy from MH-Dezent 1.5 years ago.
It's modified from the grill of W215/CL.
Local dealers are now ordering the grill of W209/CLK
& modified for W203, they're much c...h...e....a...p.....e.....r !!!

Most I4K enthusiasts share their mods there,the pulley are made from a few sources.
Moreover Headers, hi-end plugs, larger I/C.... these's what I heard from them.
