all of these pop up adds are causing me to keep away from mbworld!
What's the deal with all these pop up adds now! This is a little rediculous. I can't even close them now when they pop up cuz then it just takes me back to the last page i was on causing me to sit here and listen to whatever BS the commercial is for until I can actually enjoy the site!

It definitely sounds like malware/adware on your comp. If you don't have a virus/spyware scanner the First thing to check is what has been installed recently onto your computer that you don't recognize or installed around the same time the pop ads started. Also, if your browser has addons you need to check if some random one is enabled.

I never see popups while on PC but mobile can produce some which can be annoying...but I use it mostly on PC. Install programs that remove spyware or ad-ware...2 good ones I've used for years are super antispyware and malwarebytes they both can run at same time and 100% free last I checked...no need to buy them they have very competent freeware.

haha, no **** here. On this comp at least. lol...but ya i thought that too but its only on mbworld where it happens and I have a a spyware thing. IDK i'll go through my programs to see if anything crazy is there. Thanks for replies guys.

Hi, actually mbworld does have popups and random advertisement to pop on your screen. I'm visiting forum from 5 different computers and even on iPhone you may get it.
SOLUTION FOR IT: USE GOOGLE CHROME AS YOUR PRIMARY BROWSER AND ADD EXTENSION TO IT Adblock Plus - Chrome OR YOU CAN AD IT TO ANY OTHER INTERNET EXPLORER.
Adblock Plus for Google Chrome blocks:
· Banners
· YouTube video ads
· Facebook advertisements
· Pop-ups
· All other obtrusive ads
