What other OEM wheels look appropriate on a C55?
I'm running out of time to find a set of winter wheels. What other 17/18 inch wheels look right on our cars?
I'm looking to stay on the frugal side (read: used set on craigslist)...I'm buying a house in a few months and it will be driven through the salty NY roads all winter so no sense in over-investing.
Thanks guys!

Wow - that is a great deal.
I'm leaning towards just putting 225/40's on the factory C55 wheels.
Unless I come across a set of wheels/snow tires in the next month.
I am keeping a close eye on CL and the classifieds here. Let me know if you see something!

Just have to be careful that the wheels actually fit over the AMG specific calipers. I think as a general rule, if you find AMG wheels (not just the ones on the AMG cars, but AMG accessory wheels offered for regular Benzes), then you should be okay. But, as posted above, probably has to be 203 or 209 chassis. Getting into the other, larger cars means different offsets and lug diameters and all that.
