Comand system
Good day all.
I have a C55Amg, I'm having trouble with the Comand system. Does anyone have the manual for the comand system as I did not receive it when I received the car. At this moment. The comand unit won't turn off. So the music is on constantly as well.
Please help?

Command System Download Manual
Hello. I am a new MB owner and have only had my car for three days. 
The COMMAND system is quite in-depth. I went to the MB USA site and downloaded the pdf file for my car so that I could read it on my laptop. In my 2012 E350, I have to remove the key from the ignition to completely turn the COMMAND system off. Hope this helps. Best Regards. Here's the link I used:

Thank you for the prompt reply.
Pulling the key out the ignition is how it always worked. Now I don't know what happened. Thank you for the link. I'll get the respective manual and hope it shows how to reset the system.

I trust you're well.
I have a c 55 amg. The car has developed a terrible shudder.. mostly at 2000rpm. Throughout the first 4 gears. The whole car shudders quite badly.
Any ideas what could be wrong?

Check for glycol contamination. Not too common in C55's but very common inW203s. C55 did come with Valeo radiators that were prone to leaking.

I would recommend a glycol test for the trans fluid immediately. If the text is positive for glycol. You need to replace the radiator. And flush the transmission and hope that the trans hasn't been damaged.

I have sent the car in, they say it's the engine and transmission mounts. However, I have asked them to test for glycol contamination.

COMAMD system

the COMAMD system in my car is acting up. It's practically stuck in a loop. It keeps asking to "insert navigations dvd". When I put it in it says "rebooting". It goes off and comes back on but says "please insert navigations dvd" and reboots and keeps going on like that. The radio and shuttle doesn't even work now... I had to pull out the fuse for the command system else it will stay on and keep doing the above.
Any ideas?

get it replaced I had to replace my dvd drive on my old C55 and my current c55 needs it again. I am sure they are getting to their life expectancy. Check out http://www.fastoem.com/ for a cheap replacement and ask them about your issue they are very knowledgeable about our command system.
