Should I keep Stock AMG Rims

Should I keep Stock AMG Rims
So I've finally got myself a stunning C32 AMG which is intoxicating. It has some great looking 19" alloys, but I also have the original 17" AMG alloys. I don't want to be keeping a spare set, as much as I love the 19" alloys, I'm wondering if it's best to keep the originals, as the car is completely stock/unmolested. Surely an overlooked future classic.

Ask yourself the following questions:
- Do you plan to sell the car anytime soon where you think an all-original car with wheels would bring extra value to the car?
- Does the amount of space they currently take up in your home bother you?
- Does the extra ~$500 you'll get from selling them help you pay for anything that you're really wanting to get or pay off?
- Do you live in a climate (or plan to in the future) where you would need a set of winter wheels with snow tires?

none... for now
Wheels, stock or otherwise, don't inpact 99.99% of car sales. Whatever wheels you want in the world, it's an insignificant investment compared to buying a car when you sell whatever wheels are on the car. Only exception are things like beautiful custom spec'd CCW's with near new Super Sport tires. They add value, as you can sell them, buy nearly any set of modern factory rims/tires(or cheap aftermarket) and still have a chunk of money left over. Plus I'd wager 75% of people would opt for C/CLK55 near identical 18's given the choice.
As for being a classic? Not happening. It has 1 thing going for it that most don't even know anyway and is trivial. It was the highest hp supercharged 6 cylinder untill Jag/Land Rover's 380hp V6 and now Audi's 354hp V6(both 10+ years later, 4 valve heads, and direct injection though). It's a car, a mix of metals, fluids, and rubbers. Take it out and beat on it or windows down cruise with it every chance you get. Cars are meant to be driven, not be automotive paperweights.

Look like brabus 19's to me.
Pretty similar to the stock SL55's but I much prefer the SL55's, theres something about the way the fins stick out on these I don't like.
Still, nice wheels. Id imagine the ride quality is effected a bit.
