Your Mods (Evosport or otherwise) ever cause problems?
Forgot to post this last night. Anyone out there ever have a problem attributable to their C32 engine mods? Related question: Anyone out there have their dealer refuse warranty service because of the mods?
I can pipe up that my Evosport ECU/Pulley/SL55 splitter have worked for 1500 miles flawlessly. MPG has averaged about 19 (it was 17 before the mods). Might have something to do with the fact that heavy throttle is now very dangerous, except in limited situations. Anyways, there seem to be alot of people out there "on the fence" about ECU/pulley or other mods because of the perceived risk of problems related to same, so it would probably be helpful if everyone with these mods would chime in with their negative or positive experiences.

Mods Mileage?
It might be a good idea for people to post the number of miles that they have driven since having the mods done. This way people can get an idea of long-term reliability.

49,000 miles total. 43,000 miles with Stage I, 30,000 miles with Stage II - no problems. Fuel mileage stayed the same as stock. It's hard to keep your foot out of it :-)

cschow,
Vadim has been very busy laterly, however he will be working on his post (long), and expects to have it posted by the end of today.
If you're itching for something new, you may want to try our Ignition Upgrades: https://mbworld.org/forums/showthrea...threadid=63568
Thanks,
Ben

Thanks Ben, I look forward to seeing whats new and figuring out what performance upgrades to do. I have in fact looked into the ignition system thread, but I must admit I don't fully understand everything involved in that upgrade and have posted some thoughts regarding that in that thread.
