Since your car is black I would go for the full polish.

One thing I did notice about the full polish is that it's easy to swirl up, unless you have it clearcoated, like the brushed aluminum finish is. This is why Lorinsercclass went with chromed instead.

I actually saw a set at a shop yesterday with high polish. There were little scratches and swirls where they had cleaned hard with some cloth. I think another year of that and the chrome would look like some ghetto form of brushed aluminum. Too high maintenance for me.

since your car is black, be the first to go anodized black. otherwise stick with good ol' brushed aluminum but anodized black would look awesome, just like that RMS s/c Z8 w anodized black 547R's w/ yellow GT2 caliper brembos (DROOL)

Black centers is definetly a aquired taste.

Personally I think black centers went out in style a while ago with Miami Vice.

I agree with the poster that said it is 1 50/50 love/hate thing.

I have seen quite a few Z8 BMWs on the road and all were driven by men. The Z8 may have been a sales bomb but I think price and attempted gouging by dealers led to the problem more than perceived "girlishness".
