C55 coilover setup

Hey guys! My name is Richard, and I hope to join the fellow C55 AMG owners this weekend. Hopefully everything works out and I drive home from Vegas with it.

First few things I plan on getting are cf front lip, cf rear diffuser, full exhaust system, wheels and of course coilover system.

I was curious what you guys were working with. I plan on getting a system that provides comfort and gives a little style. Won't be going slammed or attend any track events, just a nice system good for daily driving.

Any recommendations? And if you guys have any pictures to share?

Hi,
I use Bilstein B14 PSS coilovers on my C55. Comfort very similar to stock C55 suspension. Very happy with it

Im on H&R Coilovers, little bit firmer than stock, but still fine. Ride height is perfect, quite low.

Previous owners pictures when he had the coilovers fitted, on stock rims.

Its coilovers, no need in photos. Because you can adjust any car height you want.

I have kw v1 coilovers in my clk (same part as for c55). They are probably a bit too stiff for my liking unless your streets are high quality. If I did it again I would hunt down some lowering springs and shocks.

Where did you find H&R Coilovers for the C55? I talked with a lady at H&R yesterday and she said the only option she had for my 06 C55 was their sport springs!

I confirm imo this is the best set up possible for the c55 because it remains comfy (sort of) but the handling is even better now

I have a few pictures below just click on the c55 link
