I had the best weekend at the Ritz in Laguna Beach
I gave the Valet a big tip and told him to be carefull with the C32
Anyway, I checked out and walked to the car and their is a huge scatch/dent across the door, also my rier view has paint shaved down the the plastic.
I filed a complaint and told the manager I wanted my weekend comped.
I should of drove mt C230K dammmmmiitt..

I've learned to never use valets on cars I care about.

When I came out it was parked, I walked out with a bellhop.
Then I saw it and complained..The Ritz is pretty reputable, so hopefully they take good care of me. I was supposed to show it at Atuofest in 2 weeks..

That sucks. I avoid Valets like the plague. If I know I am going to have to Valet the car I drive the ML430.

I paid the price for pulling up in a cool car.

Carwash idiots are just as bad. This idiot pulled my Vette out to detail it with a roaring engine and slipping the clutch like he was some bigtime race driver. The smell and smoke from my burning clutch was horrible. I had to be restrained by my wife to keep from punching his headlights out.

I watched a valet park our car several times as soon as I went around the corner I looked up the ramp he was going up to the garage the tires where sqeeling on another occasion the guy gunned it right after he got inside of the car.

you should see the valet lot at the Dolphin Mall down here.... they park the cars in this gravel lot but u could clearly see indications that thye valet drivers are doing donuts in the gravel with customers cars!!!!

I had about a week of meetings in Hollyood about a month ago.
I got a room at the Grafton on Sunset.
I paid the Valets extra and got a covered spot the I watched them park the car. So my car was safe, buuuttt, The other cars were used as racecars in the lot, My room was above the rear of the hotel.
These guys beat the crap out them. They had an extra gravel lot.
The smell of burnt tires and clutches filled the air every night.
edit , I always try to tip these guys extra, but this weekend proved they don't give a ****. Even at a 500 dollar a night resort.

I tryed not to make a big scene, they calmly said they would do an investigation, I saw one guy looking pretty scared..
They said it would take around 7 days.
If they **** with me, I will sick the Teck Army on them.

I saw a valet take the entire back end of a Honda off once. He was going way too fast in reverse and hit it. These were young kids who would just fly around this little parking lot like maniacs. They'd haul a** in the owners car when they brought the car up. I could not imagine handing my keys to these idiots and seeing them drive my car in such a way.

I will say the most respectful valets I've seen were at Berns, and SideBerns down in Tampa. They drove the cars slow and with care, never rushing and never screwing around with them either.

Damn, but that is bad news. Hope they compensate you for the damage. If not why don't you talk to Vomit!! I am sure he would like to sue them!

Unfortunatly valey parking is a part of life when your living in a place like hollywood. When I was there some dude with a modified w211 amg had his bumper hanigin when he came out of the restaurant due to some vallet kid!
