Checked with parts department, that is a special order part $426.60 plus an hour of labor at $114.00.

It would take us a few weeks to get, we assume it has to come from Germany since it is an 2005 option.

Is anyone other then an MB dealiership (ie. Harris or Steve) going to get these in stock for sale? I imagine the price would be a bit cheaper if we went through them.

I thought it was Q 6750029? This is the # for the unpainted version.

The correct part number I received from my dealer is Part #B66883010 for the 2005 spoiler and it comes unpainted. The previous part number was for the 2003/04 spoilers.

Sometimes dealers just don't know. You figure they would have all the latest info on the parts coming in, but they don't!!

I went to my dealership and asked about the C55 when I first heard of it, and they knew nothing about it. I'm not sure if they were just playing dumb.

has anyone actually installed it? my main concern was the controversy of the different curvature of the trunklid for MY2005 facelift models. thanks!
