Surprise, surprise....no C32s.
By the way, how has the interior of the C32 held up for you C32 owners?
You're going to want to drive the car all the time after you get around in it. It's a really fun car to drive. Comfortable & Sporty -- you can't beat that.
jk but the interior has held up good for me (blue/black) but the aluminum trim does dent a little too easy cause my V1 fell off the windshield once and slammed the ashtray lid causing a small dent
you have to get the C55 with kleeman SC like you said

Am I correct in understanding that the SC does not engage at partial load?

edit: i just searched around. there's one at Keyes European Mercedes in Van Nuys, CA and one at Walter's Mercedes in Riverside, CA. BOTH are black tho. one's black and the other is obsidian black.

correct unless the rpms go over 3K i think? (you can disconnect the magnetic clutch that engages it and no more SC

Thanks, but my wife has always had silver MBs and thinks black is too masculine. If it was for me, it would definitely be black... the only color in which I buy my cars.
AMGBred - All my cars are females too.
But I still think black is easily the sexiest color on a car (maybe I feel that way cuz I am dark too).
All my cars always have been and always will be black. And if i ever get married I will force my wife to buy black cars too
.Silver is bad luck for me. I have only been in two accidents and they both involved a silver car.

I bought mine from a private party.
In Ca, the used C32 car inventory runs about 4-7 at any one time, most in LA.
I got lucky, I got the last brand new from dealership 2004 Brilliant Silver C32 with Bi-Xenon package on the east coast!!!! Wish you luck on finding one Slee!!
I would get the C55 with a Kleemann SC if I were in the market for a C.... it would be too lethal a combination for my wife. I'm not entirly comfortable with the thought of my wife driving a modified C32 that may be pushing 400+ hp... thus the suggestion to get an E500 4matic. As long as she doen't get heavy footed all of a sudden, I think she'll be fine. Am I correct in understanding that the SC does not engage at partial load?
She'll feel the supercharger

That's only for her safety!
Good luck!
