Ill go with...
Looks like a non C32 grill to me. More like an OEM C320/C240 (non sport) grill for they are silver/grey and not black like on the C32 (advantgard trim level in europe).

So let me guess... i bet im wrong.... but hey I tried!

The winner is: CynCarvin32, FrankW, @32, N.M.M. SP6NT is half right, you just didnt know the name of the grill. Frank Wiesmann is also half-right, but I changed the aero-wipers long time ago.

The '05 grill comes in 3 colors, silver, black, and charcoal. Silver and black is painted, charcoal is just plastic.
