Rear Brakes
They are AMG 13.0'' perforated and ventilated rear discs, 4-piston fixed-type rear calipers.
I know that RennTech sells a rear Brembo brake kit, but i'm curious if we can fit the E55 ones on.

I have been meaning to come by to get some mods done, but my life is extremely busy. Could I just get the rear Brembo's as I do not like the look of the stock or would this not function well? How much for just back or both?

No worry, give me a call whenever you're available. I am always in and out of my office, better call me before you pop by.
I never thought of that, can you do that, do they fit?
Never upgrade the rear before the front as you will get too much rear brake bias. The rear upgrade in a BBK will offer a small improvement in braking capabilities. What is important in brake upgrades is their ability to shed heat effectively and reduce unsprung weight. Upgrading to a larger stock rear brake caliper and single piece disk will do nothing but add weight to the rear axle. Upgrading to better pads with a higher friction coefficient will produce better results on the stock rear brake system.
Brembo does not offer a six piston caliper for street application as far as I know unless you select from their racing parts bin and these units including their eight piston designs are not appropriate for street use and require frequent rebuilding. Maybe you were referring to the 6 piston AP's?

The 2005 CLK55 and SLK55 both use a 6 pistron Brembo caliper for the front and a 4 piston rear caliper. Not a racing part but instead a OEM part. It does look nice and uses a composite rotor as well. AMG is learning to put more brake on their cars which is a very good thing.
