If you're gonna go with the C55, you might as well get it fully loaded!

If you want your xenons to have levelers, which consist of sensors all around the car.. This would be a pretty expensive project after you buy the car if im not mistaken.. Not to mention the cheapest projectors cost a lot to begin with.. Besides its so much harder to sell a amg car without some basic options like xenons

I went through this delemma as well when I picked up my C55. My thinking ended being that I really didnt want the bumper squirters. I wanted the Bi-xenon lights but not the washers, so I ended up not getting the lighting package. I had worked out w/ my dealer to retrofit just the lights, all that is going fine, but the more I look at the car (and my buddies' cars) the more I like the look of the car W/O the bi-xenon. I think the head lamp is prettier w/o the chrome back plate and projector.

Anyway, its probably just my imagination, but I've heard it from a few ppl as well. I'm still 99% going to go ahead and retrofit the lights.

As for Command...I didnt get that either...I have it in the E55 and never use it, so I didnt even bother with this one.

If its the car you want then get it...if its a car you're sacrificing for...ie you WANT the lights and command but can't get them...then don't get it.

I have a 2k2c32 w/ OEM XENON (single-beam) that I would be willing to talk trade about.

I figured why spend the $ if you can not do it right? I had my dealer find me the right car. If you can wait it is worth it to have them get you the correct car.

When I picked up my C55 this morning at the dealer's warehouse parking lot, I did take a very close side by side look of a 200K and my C55 ( without and with Xenon ); a C55/C320 without Xenon will look like a 200K for sure.

If you go to take one more look , you know what I mean.

Don't buy that C55. The shop you walk to is like many "pre-packages" car sellers I have seen in HK, they simply made a bad decision to cut the Xenon even we can forgive they do want to make the price more attractive for the buyers.

C55 is gonna be a very good looking car comparable to CLK , the Xenon will contribute 30% to that overall look and feel result.

My guess is that your C32 doesn't have them either. Most people I know, after having Xenons would never go back.
