C55 TUNING w/ Powerchip - DYNOs

BLUE Run is stock C55.
RED Run is after tuning with POWERCHIP software. 12-14HP and 13-18 ft.lbs. of TQ.
GREEN run was with PC software and Air Box completely removed. We just installed a short 5'' hose to straighten air flow into mass-air sensor. There is another 7-9HP in better air box design.
So what else can be done to C55? Underdrive pulleys should add 5-7HP, we are going to try to see if our E55 headers will fit or can be modified to fit. They should be worth another 15-20HP. After that a set of mild cams can add another 15HP. That should be enough to get above 350 WHP. Beyong that going normally aspirated will require head porting and intake manifold mods, those should push power to 370-375 RWHP.
On forced induction front there is Kleemann, and the SC should push rear horses to 430 RWHP without above mods and to over 480 RWHP with them on.
Now, how does C55 compares to C32?

BLUE run is strongest stock C32 we have dynoed. Most average out to around mid280s, some are as weak as 265 RWHP.
RED run stock C55.
Since C55 is about 70-100 lbs heavier than C32 and has an extra 10 lbs. of TQ in midrange, I would say both cars should be very, very close at drags.

Psychoburn: I like to use 17% loss, so 296 / 0.83 = 356HP. AMG rates the car at 362HP, so we are pretty close. In addition C55 was under 2000 miles, so my guess is - the motor will loosen up with mileage.
