SSR Competition on C32?
Has any tried SSR competitions on a C32? Does anyone know what kind of spacer is required for them to clear the front calipers?

Check the tire and wheel forum. This subject has been covered at length (search "SSR"). Luke (at Tire Rack) told me that the comps would fit with probably a 4-5 mm spacer up front, but did not recommend doing this. By my calcs, it seemed that they might just barely fit without spacers, and I was really tempted to order one wheel to give it a try. However, I decided that I did not want the hassle of having to return the wheel if it did not fit.
If you want to switch to lighter wheels, check edgeracing.com. They have some in the 16-17 lb range for much cheaper than the comps, and they will fit without spacers. I have used both the "Lex" and the "Artic" on my C32 without problems and without spacers. . . other than the ring that sits inside of the rim to position it properly on the hub. Anyways, the Lex clears the front calipers by a mile, and the Artic barely clears. The added bonus: they run roughly $150.00/wheel, versus more than twice that figure for the comps.
