number of speakers in a 2002 c32?
How many speakers are there in a 2002 C32? What sizes are they?
I finally sat in the backseat today with some music on. I was sitting in the passenger side rear. Theres no speaker behind my head??..Only a first-aid kit? I checked in the trunk and I noticed that only the driver side looks like it has some sort of sub. There only appears to be two speakers in the door and one sub in the rear deck for the back. It doesn't sound right since the sound is kind of uneven and the music is mainly coming from in front of me.
I just want to make sure because it sounded a little uneven and I'm wondering if theres a speaker thats not working back there or something.

There are 10 speakers for the stereo.
coaxial speakers 6.5" in the rear door (4 speakers). 2 ohm
speakers 6.5" in the front door plus two tweeter triangles(4 speakers). 2 ohm
A Mickey Mouse subwoofer in the rear deck (1 speaker) 0.5 ohm
A center fill speaker in the front, under the windshield (1 speaker)
Plus a 3" phone speaker, above the front passenger's right knee.

Sorry for bringing back an old thread. Does anyone have the specs of our stock Bose speakers both rear and front? I'd like to know their power handling, sensitivity, and freq response, and mounting depth. Maybe m444 can help me out ? TIA.

I tapped into the Bose amp (in the trunk), between the preamp section and the power amp, just after the buffers from the Crystal DAC. I cut the wires from the Bose amp to the speakers and put a 5 channel Linear power amp under the rear deck lid.
