C32 and evosport upgrades question!
And what times does stage 1 or 2 runs 1/4 and like 0-60?
Selling my ML55 and thinking about 2003/4 C32 and those upgrades!
Stage I:
7" Crankshaft overdrive pulley
- Aluminum water pump pulley
- Aluminum alternator pulley
- Aluminum power steering pulley
- Two (2) belt tensioners w/ belt
- Windshield washer reservoir w/ hose fitting
and on 91 pump gets a claimed (and customer-verified) 400hp 400lb/ft and runs 3psi higher than stock.
Stage II is Stage I plus headers plus ignition and intake upgrades (however features Stage II instead of Stage I ECU tuning)
Stage II:
- evolution 1 Power Package
- Stainless Steel Performance Headers
- Denso Iridium Plugs (set of 12)
- evosport 8mm plug wires
- Aluminum power steering pulley
- SL55 intake splitter and hose
- Powerchip/evosport custom-tuned evolution 2 software
the ignition plus the headers and install takes longer, which explains the higher price.
i believe people claim about high 12's to low 13's in the Stage I, and haven't heard much from Stage II times.

OK but does price of stage 2 includes stage 1?
So i pay 5 thousand smth and get my 430 hp with 420 ft of trq right?
Coz it's kinda confusing

it's some what expensive, but consider the outcome IMO it's worth it if you want to run w/ the big boy and own them. i.e. the e39 M5, w210 E55, even Ferrari 360 modena like cars.

There are few cars that will blow you away that are in the same price range. category.

View a modded C32 as a "better M5" at about 1/2 the price.

It won't be 5K, remember you are in Canada, don't forget taxes and the exchange rate.
The parts list was correct except I did not get a belt...I have stage I plus the SL55 splitter when all was said and done total bill in Canadian dollars was just shy of $6K which includes installation. Saving up for stage 2 now.
I would say 430 HP and the torque figure is the best case scenario with stage II, there are many factors that will affect the final HP/TQ
I have dynoed my car and it made 320-325HP/~317 TQ at the wheels about ~385HP/~370 TQ at the crank, don't get me wrong I love the kit changes the car completely. I am expecting about 20 more horses and the same in TQ at the crank with stage 2
My best 1/4 mile is a 13.1 with the kit but consistent 13.3 for sure, prior to the kit my best was 13.2 with consistent 13.6. So I picked a solid 3 tenths and about 2 MPH with the kit. I think I can break into the 12's with some new tires as mine are close to bald now.
0-60 I would peg at probably 4.7 depending on traction, putting all that power down without slicks is sometimes hard.
