kleemans, one of the nicest wheels for any benz imo and the wheels are directional IIRC and are extremely expensive (~$6K maybe more...)

I agree!!! Those are Kleeman TS-6's. There come 19" & 20" in widths from 8.5" to 12" at a cost of $1700.00 USD each.

IMO those wheels cost way to much for what they are.

C&D's review (Nov '04) of the Kleemann C55 S8 says they're $6508 for 4 of them in 19". They also have a great up close photo of the spokes. From the photos I've seen of them (Frisco in the CLK forum has them on his car), they look really nice and special up close, but to me the beauty is less apparent the further you get from them; some wheels (i.e. Brabus Mono VI's; Carlsson UL's; HRE 542's) retain their appeal no matter the distance, in my eyes. Great wheels, but quite pricey.
And they're supposed to be real light, like under 20 lbs. per, without a tire. I believe that's quite light for a 19" wheel.

They are definitely a little pricey, but not all that different from the rest of the multi piece forged wheels that I looked at when I was in the market.

Lars K has some pretty nice pics of his CL in this thread https://mbworld.org/forums/cl-class-w215/82980-some-pics-my-kleemann-cl.html

I really needed some help choosing some wheels to replace my damaged 18"s. I think I'm going to go with those SL65 knockoffs in 19" unless I see something else tonight or tomorrow.

Frisco I just looked at the exhaust you have today and listended to it on the SL55 clip they have, when they develop it I think maybe the race version for my C55 , my question is

Is it driveable on the highway or is it annoying? I had a 996 w/PSE (factory sport) and it was more then fine. I just dont want something that is going to rattle my teeth.

PS very mean car you have....would love some pics..

Thanks in advance...

I've never weighed the Kleemann wheels and can't comment about the actual weight - I was told they are 18lbs. I can say that they feel a WHOLE lot lighter than the 18" Brabus MB VI 1 pieces that I had on prior. I just weighed one of the Brabus wheels, and the 18x9.5 with a 255/35 SP9000 weighed in at 56.8lbs. I'll weigh the Kleemann next time I pull one off and post back.

Its surprising, but its possible. My Volk Le37t's 19x8.5 are 20.5 lbs. Mine are forged aluminum - and ride on my Audi A4.

I received a few PM's regarding my rims ,and size, weight, cost. You will find them on tirerack.com but you need to go to the 2005 C55 screen to get 19's,as on the C32 they only come in 17,and 18.My car is a C32 with 19's 9.5 rear and 8.5 fronts. It is stock AMG suspension with #4 pad in the rear to help buff out the rubbing with people in the rear, and hard cornering. The offsets are listed below. If anyone has any ideas on how to correct this rubbing problem,I'm all ears.

ASA ST4

Size Selected: 19x8.5 Front
Price: $249 each
Estimated Availability: 11/30/04
Recommended Tire Size: 225/35-19
