I assume you are asking for replacing the raised hood star? if so, formymercedes.com has'em for $25.
if you are talking about changing the entire grille for your C55, then I'm not sure who does sell them, but if you search around on the forum you'll see ppl already got'em done. They would run you around $4-500 tho.

Just read the other forums and it seems the flat emblem is larger than the raised hook emblem (diameter). The flat emblem will cover the recess on the hood.
I believe I will use some silcone to dip at the end of the white plastic tips and the emblem on the hood for double secure. I don't think the silicone will damage the paint. However, what I worry about is the permenant marking of the emblem on the hood after it is tighted.

I siliconed the badge instinctively. Silicone is inert and will not damage your paint. Silicone prevents your logo from twisting while driving and prevents water from leaking down into the hood star cap on the underside of the hood.
Silicone is temporary and can be pulled off and taken off with the appropriate solvent. I tried it without silicon first and then noticed my amg logo would be twisted 45 degrees or so when I would get done driving some place.
That kind of stuff scratches paint, so I adhesed it down with two beads of silicone for indoor/outdoor use from home depot. The cost is cheap, the seal is flexible, and the stuff works. I have been using it for three months now with no problems.
Hope this helps.

Just installed the emblem last night. The only problem that I found is the emblem (MB caP) kept loose when I tightened the metal nut under the hood, even I did not push the 2 plastic caps all the way in (note: I followed the manufacturer instructions). As a result, I applied the silicone between the cap and the hood.

The stuff I used, from GE I think, looked extremely easy to pull off, kind of like rubber cement.
Maybe you use different stuff and shouldn't use that for a car.
There are infinite variations of silicone adhesive depending on the job, just like there are tons of variations of loktite and similar. Some are permanent, some are temporary, some are to be used transiently.
I guess I should have done a better job of explaining the use of the adhesive. You know, anyone who does this should take a moment at the hardware store and decide how permanent or temporary they would like the seal to be. For me, I don't plan on taking the hood badge off at any point because I don't like the huge tri-star on the hood. Plus, I get 5 more miles to the gallon and a .03 reduction in drag coefficient (just kidding). I decided I wanted to get the most gentle stuff possible that could be used outdoors because I didn't want to take a chance that any top secret additives to the silicone adhesive to make it stickier would chemically etch the paint. Even if I am never going to see some paint again, I still like to protect it. (I know that it is sealed by the silicone, but I can get **** when it comes to the amg)

So again, did you guys find the kit is not perfect fit to the hood (i.e. if not apply silicone)? I strongly believe the 2 plastic legs from the OEM flat emblem are too short for the kit.

Open the hood and you will see 2 dull color metal legs below the emblem. Use a screwdriver or long plier hold tight and turn these two metal legs counter clockwise (about 90 degree), and the hood emblem will come out. Make sure you do the captioned procedures either with your left or right hand and the other hand to catch the hood star from above.
