C32 Wind noise issue

C32 Wind noise issue
Does anyone else have an issue with excessive wind noise on there C32 whilst travelling at high speeds " over 120/130 mph, cause its really bugging me as i dont know what is causing it.

It sounds as if it coming from the rear of the car but i wouldnt rule out the the wing mirrors, comments anyone ?????

I have wind noise above 70, but it seems to be coming from the back windows. I am not sure if it is the trim around the window or what, but MB service could not figure it out.

Yes true, mine is coming from the back but not at 70mph, its at a speed slightly highter than that and was wondering if its just me ???

It seems to me that the car is just noisier than my A4 at speeds above 60mph. I'm not sure where this come from - but I know that wind noise is a part of it. The pirellis are noisy as well. I wish they put Michelin Pilot Sports on them - a little quieter.

120/130?!?! I get noticeable wind noise at 80mph!! Very annoying -

right I shifted from my W211 E320 to W203 C55 the first thing I noticed was wind noise. I would not ask why because C class is cheap

I've heard it on a few occasions at higher speeds, particularly around 130 and up. Sound like a high pitched whistling sound. i think it is generated by the tele-aid antenna?!? So now I just always drive the speed limit, ALWAYS!!!

Door Handles?
Sorry to post to such an old thread, but I have same noise issues here - I think it's the door handles. Thoughts?

I think it all depends on what other cars you are used to. Personally I think the C32 is very quiet at all speeds. It is the first $30k sedan I have ever owned however, so my reference point might be off.

I have both C32 and C320. C32 seems to have louder road noise then C320 above 120mph but not wind noise...it's the tire.

guys do u notice, I'm just curious has all of us gone over 130? We are a hazard to the road lol. Today I went 155 because I got bored?? when I slowed down I was like why did I just do that? Speeding is bad, but I'm addicted. Please do not speed in traffic. Thank you and have a nice day
