I think the C55 would fit rather well

Well im going to be getting my license soon and after two years of anticipation and frustration, I think I have settled on the C55. The only thing that it is missing is the manual tranny, but we have 3 manuals in the house so im hoping that I am able to take them out when I feel the urge. Anyway, the C55 is just so amazing. The sound is surreal I rolled down the window and the exhaust note when heading up hill close to flooring it is just something that can not be described. The ride I found was actually rather comfortable. I Didn’t really have a chance to test the turning ability as compared to my brothers M3. I know that it is not up to par with the M3's cornering ability but with some shock and spring changes it shouldn’t be too far off. Next is the engine...WOW. The torque in it just completely blows away the m3's torque. (Sorry im comparing it to the m3 so much but it is kind of the performance benchmark so I figured that it was fitting.) Anyway, the engine is very responsive and can be driven very comfortably at lower speeds. Over all, the C55 is just a wonderful car. The only thing i could ask for is the manual tranny but every car does have its downsides, and unfortunately, this is the C55's. Well thats the end of my little mini review

No offense and I'm not trying to talk you out of the C55, but if you even think you want a manual you would be much happier with an M3 or an S4. The suspension on the M3 as you probably already know is probably a lot more to your liking, certainly closer to the Porsche setup than the C55. You could probably order the club sport package by now and you'd have a pretty kick ***, low production factory massaged M3. If the transmission is really not important to you, just a set of 19"s w/PS2's makes the C55 feel much closer to the M3.

Hey thanks for the thoughts on my car situation. I have been in this predicament for about 2 years now and once i think i ahve found the car i want, somthing alwyas makes change to a different car. As much as i do love the M3, they are jsut so very common now and my bro has one so even though its not really out of the question, it kinda is. The c55 is jsut so nice and i think that it jsut fits me perfect so that is hopefully what i will still get UNLESS i see the 2006 audi RS4 somtime soon and jsut fall in love with it. Once again thank you for your input.
