Front Bumper's
Does anyone know if a C55's front bumper would fit a C32. I am going in for repairs on my front end, and I like the C55's front bumper. Or any cool after markets that look good but not getto.

I thought the C55 had a new front end, therfore the C55 front parts wouldn't be able to fit a C32 correct?
I am not positive on that however.
I'm gonna post pictures of the three popular front bumpers I offer. What year is your car?

UGH! You can go to http://www.carlsson.de/en/tuning/c-k...ippe_w203.html to see the pictures. It's way too hard to try to paste their pictures into mbworld. Jeez why couldn't they just take 1 fricken picture and upload it instead of chopping it into six pictures

Yeah, C55 uses the CLK front end so it definitely wouldn't be direct swap. Not sure how much custom work it would take, but as they say...anything can be done if you've got enough $$$.

can't do C55 front easily as i believe it has a w209 clk front clip to accomodate the enlarged engine.
i have the Brabus front bumper on my c32. it's not that noticable, so i don't know if it's worth it. you can try Carlsson-RS or Lorinser DTM Edition front bumpers. on all three of these kits you have to change foglights. the brabus required C320 foglights, so i got the 2005 cleared ones and then put 8000K hid. my brother's friend has the Lorinser DTM edition and it's very flashy, very noticable. looks crazy. also, there is a full Carlsson-RS w203 at the same shop i go to, and it looks very nice. it depends on the color of your car. for me, mine's black so i wanted Brabus because it looks kinda OEM like (can be a good or bad thing) but lower and more agressive. i am not a fan of the Carlsson-RS bumper on a black car because its design is simple (yet noticably different than stock) so i think it gets lost in the color. personally i think the Carlsson-RS looks great on lighter colored C's. also the Lorinser looks very crazy on any color, yet it is fiberglass.

the front end of the C55 uses CLK parts which extended the engine compartment to make room for the V8 (you can fit a v8 like brabus, but AMG used CLK nose for safety reason perhaps). If you want the C55 nose you will need its fender, bumper, headlights, new whatever that front beam is called under the hood, and gazillion other parts. IMO it's not worth the money and effort to make our car look like the C55.
