Traction Control

Anyones traction control ever go out? How much to get it fixed?

I'm not sure if I would really mind. Even better, it's off and you don't have to see the bright triangle.

As a dry weather car I have little need for it. If the car is going to be driven in snow/rain I understand your concern. If not I wouldn't be too concerned with it.

I have no idea what that would cost.

traction control is gonna be costly to fix. and i would have it fix. i need it will all the power im putting down. if i didn't have it id be going sideways in all the turns with all the torque i have

Just out of curiosity have you done anything to your C43 in regards to performance?? Mine is mint but it is completly stock. I find that in stock form straight line perfomance doesn't need traction control. I do agree that in corners the power is enough to get into trouble though. I just know that when I want to run my car I almost always have the T.control off. I'm not one to push through corners however....

To keep a car 100% though everything should be fixed and operating now that I think of it.

yes... yes I have I put an E55 engine into my C43. 350 hp and 400 lb/ft of torque. traction control is a must for me! My rear tires are to skinny to put all that power down.

Ah....your the guy with the C55 W202. I understand your appreciation for T.control now. That must be a very fun auto my friend. I'm jealous.
