there is a built in thing in the tv that makes it unable to work while in gear... that is an override... muhahaha p.s. ur car inspired me haha ! what kinda springs u got in there? i like ur ride height! ok peace man! thats for the comments!

 

Nice screen. Which one is it? On your w124, did you have the 4 or 6 speaker setup? And what sizes are the new speakers? Would you care to say your entire audio setup?

i got 10 speaker system in my C43 and 2 12's as u can see! more pics to come its not nearly done yet! still need head rests and dvd changer and PS2,, then PS3.... who knows man... ok later yall have a safe weekend!

 

Sweet looking system man. You are going way over waht I had done but I'll have to post my pics sometime.

By the way, you might want to hide that tv override switch a little more, check your state, but if they find one on your car it can carry pretty sufficient fines.

i live in canada and dont really give a flying F about what the cops think.. its illegal to have ANY screen up front now... fu kkk that is what i say.... and for the switch im gonna rig it up wayy nicer so they dont even know what it is... plus cops have zero right to ever search my car.. i dont smoke weed in there and yah all they can do is give me a tint ticket and a screen ticket... ill give them my attourneys card and then then will tell me im free to go again,,, just like last time they tried to pull ****. haha Pre-paid legal homies... works wonders... and VAamg id love to see pics of your car... post those pics soon! ok have a good !

 

Hey man, here are a few shots of my system. I have a Sony MP80 head unit, with a Class D pushing a single Sony 12". For my mids and highs, I have Infinity Kappas, 5 1/4" coaxs in the front, with a seperate set of tweets in the factory location, 6 1/2 seperates on the rear deck, and 3 1/2 coaxs in the rear doors. I have a JL 4X80 pushing these. I really am not going for overall volume as just good sound quality vs. factory Bose. I also have XM and am probably going to install the Harmon Kardan Idrive where the factory cell phone is now.

 

By the way newbie, You might already be aware of this, but the piece where the center armrest folds down comes out very easily, 4 easy screws, really increases your bass response inside the car. I have included a picture of what I am talking about. I have a piece of think black cloth that I usually have on here to cover the hole.

 

i popped that out instantly! but good lookin out,, nice false wall .. looks clean. u gotta hear how loud my car is... i cant wait to use my navi to one day maybe this summer drive to cali and go toa meet and blast u all away! haha i kept my bose speakers... there fine i dont know what u guys are talkin about,,, sounds amazing in my car..
